Foreclosure Auctions – Once the decision has been made to foreclose on a commercial property, the lender needs to decide if it would like the property to be sold to a third party at the foreclosure auction or if it would prefer to take back the property as a bank owned property.

We believe that a well-marketed foreclosure auction solves our lender-clients’ problems immediately and generates the highest dollar for the benefit of the lender, which also benefits the borrower. With the average bank-owned property holding costs reaching as high as 40% of the foreclosed upon mortgage balance, the best solution for every commercial lender is to sell now and avoid all of the carrying costs and property maintenance costs. Our foreclosure auctions can be held in conjunction with the Sheriff or any other court authority, as necessary.
