New Carolina's Office focused on servicing commercial real estate sellers 

October 5, 2009:  National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC, a national auction company specializing in the sale of commercial real estate at auction, is proud to announce that T. Randolph "Randy" Ligon, CES, BAS has joined the company as the Regional Vice President of their new Carolinas Office. 

Randy has been in the commercial real estate business for 12 years and in the auction business since graduating from the Missouri Auction School.  Prior to being in the commercial real estate business, Randy graduated from Clemson University and went onto have a very successful career as a trust and commercial real estate banker for several large financial institutions and as a financial services advisor.  With his years of experience in these industries, Randy is bound to be major force in the commercial real estate auction industry.

As a full-time real estate broker and auctioneer, Randy will be in charge of servicing National Commercial Auctioneers clients and properties in North and South Carolina as well as being a key part of our auctioneering and day of sale staff.
