October 7, 2009:  National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC, a national auction company specializing in the sale of commercial real estate and land at auction, is proud to announce that Stephen Kaler has joined the company as its Florida broker.   

Stephen manages the company's Florida operations.  His experience in real estate dates back to 1990 where he began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser.  Throughout the mid to late 1990's, Stephen was a senior portfolio manager at Ocwen Financial responsible for the management and disposition of nonperforming commercial loan and REO assets.  More recently he was the Director of Portfolio Management and Reporting with Ocwen and has managed and liquidated more than       

$1 billion of commercial and residential loan and REO assets throughout his career.  Stephen works closely with special loan servicers, banks and private equity real estate funds throughout the country.  He is a Florida Real Estate Broker of more than 13 years and an alumnus of Florida State University with a BS in real estate and finance.
